First, the purpose of civil service induction training.

Second, the content of civil service induction training.
The initial training of civil servants is organized by the organization and personnel department, generally around the scope of authority. According to different departments, it will be targeted to a certain extent. The main contents include basic knowledge and skills such as political theory, administration according to law, civil servant law and civil servant code of conduct, and working methods of organs. The key point is to improve the ability of newly recruited civil servants to adapt to the work of organs. After passing the examination, civil servants can obtain corresponding training certificates.
Thirdly, the time and form of induction training for civil servants.
According to the requirements of the Civil Service Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the newly hired civil servants in that year should attend the initial training for at least 12 days during the probation period. The general form of training is the combination of full-time study and self-study. Due to the different departmental systems, some areas may adopt a fully enclosed training management form.
Generally speaking, most newly hired civil servants can pass the examination and get the training certificate after attending the initial training, so new civil servants don't have to worry too much about the last link before joining the job and will be eliminated because of unqualified training.
