The first step is the preparation work in front of the user's house.

1. The service technician fills in the picking list according to the water softener installation notice and the water softener position design sheet, and goes to the warehouse to receive the corresponding models, tools and installation materials.

2. Carry necessary tools, instruments, accessories and necessary written materials.

3. Estimate the time of arrival at the user's address and arrive on time at the appointed time. If you can't arrive on time, you must inform the user half an hour in advance and apologize.

4. When the service personnel arrive at the residential area (or unit or villa) where the user is located, they should go through the formalities properly according to the requirements of the doorman or with the consent of the user, and are never allowed to enter without authorization.

Attention: enter the villa yard and pay attention to whether there are dogs.

Step 2: Confirm the installation conditions.

1. When the service personnel come to the front of the house, they should ring the doorbell (or knock on the door) first, and then step back to a place half a meter away from the door, so that users can conveniently observe themselves from the door mirror. When users ask, they should say, "Hello, I'm from Franda Company. I'll install the water softener for you." Wear a shoe cover when entering the user's room.

2. The user takes it to the installation position of the water softener, and after obtaining the consent of the user, puts the tool kit near the installation position.

3. Observe and measure whether the installation position meets the installation conditions of the water softener, and whether it is modified according to the design sheet of the installation position of the water softener;

(2) The installation position is equipped with a special floor drain or sewer pipe for water softener; The water softener installed in the basement is equipped with automatic submersible pump;

(3) The measured tap water (cold water) pressure is 0.2MPa-0.7MPa (if the water pressure is above 0.7MPa, the user has installed the pressure reducing valve by himself; Users with water pressure lower than 0.2MPa have installed booster pumps themselves);

(4) The water inlet temperature of the water softener is 4-40℃, and the ambient temperature is 4-60℃. It is not allowed to be installed in hot water pipes and outdoors;

5] Verify the installation position and direction of the water softener, and the installation space conforms to the installation size of this model;

[6] Use the water hardness quick analysis box and TDS pen to measure the hardness and TDS value of tap water, and make records.

4. Please confirm the exact installation position and direction of the water softener, and clearly inform the user that if the position and direction of the water softener are changed (regardless of the distance) after installation, 600 yuan will be charged for moving the water softener, and 2m pipes (including 4 pipe fittings) will be provided free of charge, and the excess part will be charged at 50 yuan per linear meter (pipe fittings will be counted separately).

5. The main inlet throttle valve is opened and closed normally, and there is no rust and aging at the disconnection point and related parts of the tap water pipeline. If there are quality problems and security risks, users are strongly required to update, otherwise the installation can be abandoned.

6. Check the disconnection position of the tap water pipeline, and there must be room for normal transformation. If it is necessary to remove key fittings (such as water meter connectors) to transform the pipeline, the installation can be abandoned.

7. Installation requires punching holes in the wall. Please contact the driller (recommended by the company) to drill holes, and the user finally confirms that there are no wires, pipes and other structures in the wall at the drilling position;

8. Please reconfirm the installation position and direction of the water softener. The installation will not interfere with the observation and operation of other facilities such as water meters and valves. If it prevents the user from requesting installation, clearly inform the user that if the position and direction of the water softener are changed after installation, the company will charge the transfer fee and the minimum amount.

9. Please show the purchase and sale contract or purchase order for the machines sold in the store, and take back the purchase order after installation; Companies or individuals should ask users to read and sign the company's after-sales service contract in detail and collect all the money.

10. Before installation, clearly inform the user of the items that need to be charged according to the company's charging standard, and then carry out the installation work with the consent of the user.

1 1. Clean up the job site, move the items that hinder the installation to a safe place, and put the water softener near the installation location. Pay attention to the surrounding articles, facilities and ground conditions during handling to avoid bumping.

12. Put the required tools and articles on the tool kit or special tool pad, and don't place them at will to avoid damaging the user's ground and other facilities.

13. Please check the packing box of the machine, scrape the adhesive tape to open the packing box, and do not tear or damage the packing box.

14. Take out all the parts of the machine in sequence and let the user check the appearance of the machine.

Step 3 Installation operation flow

(Please refer to the attachment for the matching installation of water softener and pre-filter. )

1. Confirm the water flow direction of tap water pipe (or inlet and outlet pipe), close the main inlet valve of cold water, and open the exhaust pipe of low faucet to store water.

2. When disassembling or tightening the threaded water pipe, the non-disassembling end of the water pipe must be stuck with a pipe wrench (put a basin or rag at the disassembling place) to avoid loosening and leaking of the non-disassembling end or bursting of the pipe fitting due to excessive stress.

3. The water supply pipe of the water softener adopts PPR hot melt pipe. See the technical parameter table of water softener for the specifications of pipes used.

4. Strictly abide by the installation process of PPR hot-melt pipes, and the water pipes shall be installed horizontally and vertically, with reasonable layout, so as to minimize turning. Water pipes are supported and fixed with pipe clamps within the length range of1-1.5m. ..

5. The water inlet and outlet of the water softener are right in and left out. The inlet and outlet pipes shall be installed correctly, and there shall be no resistance or distortion when the pipes are connected with the water softener.

6. Drain pipes and overflow pipes must be inserted into corresponding elbow parts and fixed with spring clips.

7. The drain pipe and overflow hose should be inserted into the special sewer pipe and fixed, and the nozzle of the drain pipe should keep a certain distance from the reverse curved water surface to avoid siphon. Do not insert hoses into sewer pipes used in other facilities.

8. Connect the 24v AC transformer and seal the wire connector with heat shrinkable tube.

9. Clean up the work site, sweep away waste and debris, dry water stains, and count tools and parts.

Step 4: Debugging process of water softener

1. Check that all pipes (water supply pipe, drainage hose and overflow hose) are installed in place, and the inlet and outlet pipes of the valve head of the water softener are installed correctly.

2. Place the bypass valve of the water softener in the bypass position (that is, the water softener does not treat tap water).

3. Check whether all buckles (bypass metal card and drainage card) of the water softener are installed in place.

4. All wires on the valve head are connected correctly and bound and fixed, which should effectively prevent the wires from being stuck in the rotating parts.

5. Insert the plug of 24v AC transformer into the 220V/50Hz power socket and connect the power supply.

Please refer to the user manual of the water softener for the following important settings:

① Enter the current time, week, year, month and day;

② Set the machine model, system specification and resin model;

③ Input hardness data according to the measured GPG value of tap water hardness (grains/gallon);

(4) Ask users for advice to set the regeneration time of the water softener, and generally choose the time when someone is at home after the regeneration of the water softener;

⑤ Set the capacity ratio before regeneration;

Manually return to normal working state after setting.

6. Start the immediate regeneration function, adjust to the backwashing state of the water softener, unplug the transformer and cut off the power supply to avoid water leakage and damage to electronic components.

7. Make sure that there are no open nozzles in the tap water pipeline and all water terminals (taps, showers, etc.). ) It's all closed.

8. Turn on a faucet near the water softener, then slowly open the main water inlet valve of tap water, and turn off the faucet after the tap water is normal.

9. Slowly adjust the handle of the water softener bypass valve to the working position. When the exhaust sound in the resin tank disappears, adjust the handle of the bypass valve in place and start cleaning the resin bed. At the same time, check whether the drainage pipeline is normal, whether the floor drain or sewer pipeline has anti-water problem, and whether the pipeline and machine are leaking.

10. When there is no yellow or peculiar smell liquid flowing out of the drain pipe, it means that the resin has been cleaned (generally, it takes about 10 minutes for backwashing), turn on the power supply and manually adjust the water softener to the working state of supplying soft water.

1 1. The debugging and leak detection test of the above water softener shall be carried out at the same time, and the total time of the leak detection test shall not be less than 30 minutes. During this period, carefully observe whether there is water leakage and abnormal sound in the pipes, joints and water softeners. If yes, close the water inlet valve in time, cut off the power supply of the water softener, find out the reason and solve it completely.

12. In the test process, if the sewer pipe (floor drain) is not smooth or the submersible sewage pump cannot be started normally, the user shall be informed in time to solve it thoroughly as soon as possible. When leaving after debugging, unplug the power supply, cut off the power supply and open the bypass so that the tap water does not pass through the water softener. At the same time, it is solemnly declared that the power supply of the water softener shall not be connected before the water is unblocked or the submersible sewage pump is repaired.

13. Fill the salt tank with professional regenerant to remind users that the salt content should not be lower than 1/3 (or scale 2) of the height of the salt tank during normal use.

14. Remove the salt suction tube from the salt valve and put it into a container such as a basin prepared in advance.

15. Confirm that the bypass valve is in the working position, and the electronic panel will roll. Start the immediate regeneration procedure:

① Water injection step: Water with a certain pressure should flow out of the salt absorption pipe, indicating that water injection is normal;

(2) salt dissolving step: both the salt suction pipe and the sewage pipe flow out without water, and the water supply is soft water at this time.

③ backwashing step: the salt suction pipe should be free of water and suction, and the sewage discharge pipe should discharge water with large flow;

④ Salt absorption (salt washing) step: block the mouth of the salt absorption tube with your fingers for a moment, and feel like you are sucking your hands. Inhale when lifting your fingers, and drain the sewage pipe;

⑤ positive (quick) washing step: the conditions of the salt suction pipe and the sewage pipe are the same as those of the backwashing step;

⑥ Manually return to the working state. At this time, there can be no water flowing out of the salt suction pipe and the sewage pipe.

16 Assemble the salt suction pipe and salt valve, put them back into the salt valve cylinder and fix them. Confirm that the salt valve cylinder is vertically fixed in the salt box, confirm that the float positioning and the salt suction pipe do not hinder the normal upward movement of the float guide rod, and cover the salt valve cylinder cover and the salt box cover.

17. Turn on the tap on the nearby soft water branch pipe, drain the original tap water in the tap water pipe, and detect the softened water with the water hardness quick analysis box. The hardness of qualified soft water should be ≤ 1GPG.

18. Clean up the work site, remove waste and debris, dry water stains, restore the removed items to their original positions, and return the borrowed items.

19. After obtaining the user's consent, the user in the transformation should unplug the power supply, put the bypass valve in the bypass position and cover it with the machine packaging bag to prevent dust.

The fifth step is to explain the training methods and precautions.

1. In the process of providing services, we should fully communicate with users, such as the difference of water before and after using the water softener, the feeling of washing face and bathing with soft water, and whether users and guests have the intention to buy again.

2. Please read the instructions carefully, paste the notes in the prominent position of the water softener, and explain them one by one: ① Not yet checked in.

And no one is at home for more than 24 hours, close the main water inlet and unplug the power supply (please do it on site);

(2) Don't unplug the power supply when the water softener regenerates normally (with noise);

(3) Inform the user that wastewater will be discharged when the water softener works, the sewer pipe (floor drain) must be kept unobstructed, and a submersible sewage pump should be installed for drainage.

In the automatic control state.

3. When the tap water contains a lot of gas or the water pressure is high, it is normal for the tap water to disappear naturally after standing for a few minutes because bubbles exist in the form of foam.

4. When the machine is regenerated, the water is ordinary tap water, and inform the user of the use method of the bypass valve.

5. If the water softener fails in use (waste water does not stop, water quality is not good, water leaks, etc. ), please turn off the power supply and shut off the main water inlet door in time (please do the actual operation on site) and get in touch with the company.

Step 6: Complete the installation process with the user.

1. Confirm that the after-sales service contract has been signed.

2. Receiving store receipts (store sales).

3. Collect payment for goods and installation fees that exceed the standard, and issue receipts (or bills) to on-site users.

4. Fill in the installation list and warranty card item by item, and ask the user to sign and fill in the service comments, and inform the user to keep the warranty card and bill so as to contact the maintenance in the future.

5. Say "Please stay, goodbye" when you leave home, and the sundries and shoe covers you take out must be put into the garbage bin.

The seventh step is to handle the work handover with the company.

1. The water softener installation sheet, receipt and money received must be handed over to the accountant on the same day, and to the personnel on duty in the absence of the accountant. Unused parts and tools, etc. Should be returned to the warehouse, and fill out a return sheet.

2. The problems encountered in the service, the measures taken, the final solution and the information fed back by users should be reported to the department head in time to communicate information.
