Education and qualification:
Senior lecturer, who has received systematic training in field management, MTP, creative problem analysis and solution, leadership and so on at Samsung headquarters in South Korea.
Lecturer's experience and expertise:
Mr. Tan used to be the production quality director of a company of Samsung, a fortune 500 company in the world, and worked in Samsung for 10 years. He has worked in new product development, manufacturing, innovation and quality management departments, and served as the director and manager of R&D, manufacturing and quality departments, with rich experience in field management and team building. At the same time, while working at Samsung, Mr. Tan also served as an internal trainer, mainly responsible for the training of managers' leadership, communication skills and on-site management ability improvement at different levels from team leaders to managers, especially the training of TWI first-line team leaders' management ability improvement, which has unique insights. Teacher Tan carefully designed the courses.
