Yancheng Bioengineering Higher Vocational and Technical School (Yancheng Bioengineering Branch of Jiangsu United Vocational and Technical College) is a national secondary vocational education reform and development demonstration school, a modern demonstration vocational school in Jiangsu Province, a training base for agricultural talents in short supply in Jiangsu Province, and a vocational skills training college for retired soldiers in Jiangsu Province.
The school was formerly known as "Yancheng Agricultural School of Jiangsu Province" and was founded in 1952 and 1958 "Yancheng Agricultural College of Jiangsu Province". 196 1 year, approved by Jiangsu Provincial Department of Agriculture and Forestry as "Yancheng Agricultural College", 1975, jiangsu provincial party committee agreed to set up "Yancheng Five and Seven Districts". In April 2004, it was upgraded to a higher vocational school, renamed Yancheng Bioengineering Higher Vocational and Technical School, and the school license of Yancheng Bioengineering Branch of Jiangsu United Vocational and Technical College was added.

There are 8 departments, 29 majors (five-year higher vocational school 13, three-year secondary vocational school 16) and staff.
