International cooperation of South China Normal University
South China Normal University attaches great importance to foreign exchanges and cooperation. At present, it has established cooperative relations with nearly 130 foreign universities and scientific research institutions, and carried out substantive cooperation in introducing foreign intelligence and high-quality educational resources, personnel training, academic research, cooperative education, holding international conferences, publishing academic achievements, and teaching Chinese as a foreign language.

Diversified student exchanges

South China Normal University has carried out diversified student exchange and joint training programs with nearly 50 universities in the United States, Canada, Britain, France, Switzerland, Russia, Japan, South Korea and other countries.

International joint laboratory

South China Normal University has established several international joint laboratories in cooperation with famous foreign universities such as Eindhoven University of Technology in Germany, Twente University in Britain, Lund University in Sweden and Colorado State University in the United States.

A university with a long history

South China Normal University was founded in 1933, and its predecessor was Teachers College of Li Qin University. 1996 entered the national "2 1 1 project" key construction universities. 20 15 became the key construction university of Guangdong Provincial People's Government and Ministry of Education, and entered the ranks of high-level universities in Guangdong Province in the same year.

Multi-campus layout

There are three campuses in Guangzhou Shipai, Guangzhou University Town and Foshan Nanhai, covering an area of 3,025 mu, with a school building area of 6,543.8+0.34 million square meters and a collection of 3.68 million books.
