What are the main responsibilities of the Construction Bureau?
The Construction Bureau is mainly responsible for:

1, to guide the city's construction industry administrative supervision;

2, study and formulate the development strategy to accelerate the urbanization process in the city;

3, to guide the preparation and implementation of the city's urban planning and town planning;

4, guide and supervise the construction market access, project bidding, project supervision, project quality and safety;

5, responsible for the city's scenic spots and their planning review, approval and protection supervision;

6. Guide the paid transfer, development and utilization of urban land use rights;

7, to guide the development and utilization of urban underground space;

8. Organize major scientific research projects and introduce new technologies and products;

Division of responsibilities

1. Division of responsibilities for sewage treatment. City Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau is responsible for guiding the construction of sewage treatment supporting pipe network, organizing and guiding the planning, construction and operation supervision of urban sewage treatment facilities.

2. Division of responsibilities between urban subway and rail transit. The Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau is responsible for guiding the planning and construction of urban subways and rail transit, and the Municipal Transportation Bureau is responsible for guiding the operation of urban subways and rail transit.
