No Shandong Spark Vocational Training College (formerly Spark Technical School) was founded in 1988, passed the ISO900 1 international quality system certification, and was recognized as a famous trademark in Shandong Province in 20 12 years. It is the earliest and largest private vocational training institution directly under the province in Shandong. As of 2022, the school has not moved. In addition to the teaching headquarters, the college also has independent and qualified teaching institutions in the east campus, such as Zibo Spark Driving School and Shandong Special Operations Personnel Training Base.
