Requirements for supervisor: College degree or above, major in architecture, civil engineering; 1 year or above working experience in engineering supervision, with assistant engineer qualification is preferred; Proficient in engineering supervision, engineering management and other related professional knowledge, understanding of construction law, contract law, bidding law and other related laws and regulations, understanding of engineering budget related knowledge; Have high judgment and decision-making ability, be able to make timely decisions, be flexible, be able to handle various contradictions and disputes, and have good coordination and control ability; Good language expression and communication skills; Strong sense of responsibility, can bear hardships and stand hard work, can adapt to frequent business trips.

2, supervisor is a position, refers to the supervision business training, with similar engineering related professional knowledge, engaged in specific supervision work. Mainly responsible for learning and implementing relevant construction supervision policies.
