Safety training certificate is the basis and guarantee for employees to become safety officers.

Safety officers are responsible for the daily supervision, inspection, spot check, training, rectification, prevention, dust removal and cleaning, security inspection, fire prevention, theft prevention, explosion prevention and poisoning prevention, equipment maintenance and management, safety tips, etc. of team leaders and operators at stations, automobiles, supermarkets, hospitals, schools, enterprises, meeting places, entrances and exits or elevator doors, and hold relevant certificates, and do regular and irregular safety tips inspections.

The production enterprises, business units or storage units of dangerous chemicals and highly toxic substances shall set up safety hazard prevention and control institutions, be equipped with safety officers, conduct inspections on time, and make records of spot check, handover and rectification. Where there are more than 100 employees in other production and business units other than those specified in the preceding paragraph, a safety production management organization shall be set up, and a part-time production team shall be equipped to manage safety cadres; If the number of employees is less than 100, full-time or part-time security personnel shall be provided.

The main responsibilities of the safety officer are as follows:

1, hold relevant certificates, take the initiative to organize the investigation of all kinds of potential safety hazards, and make reasonable plans or fill out investigation records. Study the main safety problems existing in this department, unify the safety responsibilities ideologically, seriously study the feasibility of implementing various safety rules and regulations and management systems of the company, and ensure the smooth implementation of safety production in this department.

2. Conduct regular daily safety management training, establish and improve the company's emergency system, and participate in the preparation and drill of emergency rescue, especially during major festivals and holidays.

2. Fixed responsibility and fixed piece management, so as to check environmental protection equipment before construction, eliminate major security risks, and implement handover responsibility, organization, system and preventive measures.

Article 21 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Safety in Production, the principal responsible person of the production and business operation entity shall bear the following responsibilities for the safety in production of the entity:

(a) to establish and implement the responsibility system for safety production of all employees of the unit and strengthen the standardization of safety production;

(two) to organize the formulation and implementation of the safety production rules and regulations and operating procedures of the unit;

(three) to organize the formulation and implementation of the unit's safety production education and training plan;

(four) to ensure the effective implementation of the unit's investment in production safety;

(five) to organize the establishment and implementation of the double prevention mechanism of safety risk classification control and hidden danger investigation and management, supervise and inspect the safety production work of the unit, and eliminate the hidden dangers of production safety accidents in time;

(six) to organize the formulation and implementation of the emergency rescue plan for production safety accidents in this unit;

(seven) timely and truthfully report the production safety accidents.
