PMP is urgently postponed, and the application time is from three days before the exam to five days after the exam. Only those who meet one of these three conditions: (1) major illness; (2) Force majeure; (3) immediate family members died. Need to submit (1) emergency extension application form; (2) The official certificate with official seal issued by the hospital or relevant units; (3) Translation of corresponding proofs. Each candidate only applies for an emergency extension 1 time. Moreover, candidates who have applied for an emergency extension can no longer apply for dropping out of school, and there is no need to pay again when they register for the exam next time.

If the candidate does meet the requirements of emergency extension, but is not within the validity period of PM one-year exam, after being postponed by PMI, the candidate needs to send an extension email or a screenshot of PM website to chinapm@citef.org.cn. After receiving the email and postponing it in the Chinese system, you can submit the emergency postponed exam normally.
