First of all, communication is the communication of the mind, and the mind is also a state of mind. Only with a good attitude can there be positive thinking, and only with positive thinking can there be positive expression, thus achieving positive communication. Wu Weiku's lecture is mainly about "sunshine mentality". I think this is the mentality needed to achieve effective and harmonious communication. No wonder many people say that "attitude is everything". According to Professor Zhai, if you want to communicate well, you must first "pervert", that is, "change your mentality", change your bad mentality and change your bad state. Only with a good attitude can we have positive and correct thinking. Correct mentality, positive thinking and positive expression are the prerequisites for effective communication.
But actual communication in reality is not easy, especially at work. For example, when salesmen with performance appraisal indicators communicate together, it is likely that salesmen with good performance will not tell all the methods they think are effective in order to ensure their leading position. This also happens to technicians, inspectors and synthesizers in other departments. For another example, at work, subordinates think that what the boss says or does is wrong, but for their own position, subordinates may not tell the boss. Or, employees are dissatisfied with the leadership or the company's system, but they are unwilling to say what they really think. These are all manifestations of poor communication, which will affect work efficiency and teamwork of the company.
In my opinion, in order to communicate effectively at work, we need to rely on the team, set clear team goals and manage them through goals. In goal management, team leaders and members discuss goals, plans, problems and solutions together. The whole team is focused on achieving the goal, which will make communication have a common foundation and get to know each other better. In order to achieve the goals of the team, the team will formulate corresponding departmental goals and personal goals. Sometimes there are some conflicts between these internal goals. Once the communication is not good, it will affect the internal goals, and then affect the team goals. Even in this case, as long as communication is started based on the overall goal, the result of communication will inevitably improve.
Secondly, as a team leader, we should pay full attention to the communication within the team, create more communication channels, and form an effective communication environment between superiors and subordinates, employees and departments. The company's manager reception day every Friday afternoon is a communication channel for us. It is suggested to set up a question-and-answer column in the special issue of Posco Cold Rolling in Benxi Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. to encourage all employees to raise their own questions or questions and strengthen communication channels.
Third, team members should improve their communication skills and level. Learn to listen before communication, and learn to pay attention to the results of communication. It is necessary to communicate the problems well at the grassroots level and try not to report the problems with poor communication to the department leaders. The problems between departments should also be communicated as well as possible, and don't report all the problems to the competent manager.
