It is an internal organization added by Chongqing Wanzhou Technician College with the approval of Wanzhou District Committee. It is a professional school jointly founded by Technician College and Huijie Group. Wanzhou District is under the jurisdiction of Chongqing, located in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, northeast of Chongqing and the heart of the Three Gorges reservoir area.
