Secondly, as far as I know, in 20 18, Salt Lake Education Bureau equipped most schools with psychological counseling rooms and emotional venting rooms. The hardware facilities are first-class in the psychological circle. Such a high configuration, I want it to play a real use value.
2065438+From February 26th to 28th, 2009, I participated in the mental health teacher training for primary schools in Wei Feng organized by Salt Lake Education Bureau. The three-day training only focused on the sand table game. After the training, the Education Bureau suggested that our on-site training teachers should use sand tables when they come back.
In view of this training, I told myself to use the sand table. My working status is: one week 19 classes, which are Chinese, dreams, music and art, respectively. At the same time, I am also the head teacher, and I am also responsible for the school's outpatient department and psychological room. Because of this overloaded workload, I still want to do such a thing, so I must make a big premise for myself, that is, I can't affect my physical and mental health, I can't be tired of work, and I can't cause psychological burden.
On the premise of relaxed and happy work, I began to make a systematic plan. As soon as I determined the implementer of the activity, the fifth grade, and the reason for choosing the fifth grade, I was their head teacher and knew all aspects of them to some extent. If I make a sand table in the fifth grade, I can do it myself, without bothering anyone, and I can adjust it in time. There is another reason, I am very sure of the benefits of making psychological sand table, so why not "get the moon first by being close to the water" and let my students become the beneficiaries, and the purpose of doing this at first is to reduce the workload of my back. I hope to improve the self-control of individual students in our class by playing sand table games, so that they can consciously abide by classroom discipline and make teachers different from teachers. Second, determine the activity time. I use two composition classes on Friday to play sand table games. Thirdly, it is impossible for the whole class to carry out activities in groups, and the consulting room can't hold it, and time is not allowed, so I choose to carry out activities in groups, changing the original six Chinese studies groups in my class into five groups, and trying not to move the original groups in principle. Teaching Reflection It is well known that American psychologist Posner's teacher growth formula is based on experience and reflection. On the afternoon of August 2 1, Professor Tang spent some time explaining teaching reflection to our teacher. The importance of teaching reflection to teachers is self-evident. Therefore, I make sure to reflect immediately after every activity, give myself a bottom line in time, and I must finish the reflection of the day before going to bed on Friday.
I want to succeed in one thing, and my action is 90%. So as soon as I thought about it, I immediately told the students that when I heard the news, I immediately boiled. Playing is a child's nature. I expect that when they calm down, I will make my request. If you want to play this sandbox game well, you need the cooperation of Qi Xin in the whole class. Everyone should abide by the rules of the game, that is, students who stay in the classroom must be conscious.
Start to implement-next, I will share with you two teaching reflections when I do this.
? Playing sand table games, in addition to satisfying my original intention, there are many unexpected gains, such as improving the effectiveness of group cooperation in Chinese class; Making sand table can resolve the contradiction between students and make them live in harmony; Knowing more about individual students, we can find changes in students that we can't observe with the naked eye.
? Finally, I want to review the words of teacher Chu Qingyuan, "Doing things is the source of writing, and writing can make you see yourself more clearly, so please believe in the power of writing!"
