Northwest Wushu College was established in 1988 with an investment of more than 20 million yuan. Education, teaching and living facilities are complete, with advanced facilities and strong teachers, covering an area of 4 1230 square meters. There are 2 teaching buildings for culture, 6 modern indoor gymnasiums, 3 playgrounds, 2 modern restaurants, 65438 computer rooms, language rooms 1 rooms, as well as barbershops, bathrooms, medical rooms and service departments. Large-scale, elegant environment, surrounded by green trees, is an ideal place to study literature and martial arts.
Northwest Wushu Academy is headed by President Han Peng, a descendant of Songshan Shaolin Temple, the chairman of Weinan Wushu Association, a national first-class referee, and the coach of Shaanxi Sanda Training Team in the Seventh National Games. With the aim of "learning martial arts, giving priority to moral education and educating people by quality", the college implements a fully enclosed militarized management system, strictly manages the school, pays attention to students' quality education, strives for survival by quality, strives for development by management, and runs the school in strict accordance with the national and provincial regulations on running schools by social forces. At present, the school has become a standardized national advanced martial arts college in northwest China.
Northwest Wushu College has been developing and expanding for ten years, and has worked hard to run a school. From the initial 8 students, it has developed rapidly to the current1more than 500 students. Students come from 23 provinces and cities such as Shaanxi, Shanxi, Hunan, Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia, almost all over the country. Besides the Han nationality, there are more than ten ethnic groups such as Mongolian, Manchu, Hui and Kazak. There are 39 teaching classes in four majors, such as routines and equipment, and 23 teaching classes in senior one to senior two. There are more than 100 faculty members.
In the past ten years, the Academy of Military Sciences has trained more than 6,500 students with both civil and military skills, and the graduates of the Academy of Military Sciences have been continuously transported to all walks of life throughout the country to continue their employment. It has delivered more than 2,000 people to universities and colleges such as Beijing Police Officer University and Xi Institute of Physical Education, as well as relevant provinces, cities, enterprises and institutions across the country. Culture classes are arranged in strict accordance with the outline plan formulated by the State Education Commission and the Provincial Education Commission. In many unified examinations organized by cities and counties, the results are among the best. 1998 took the Weinan local culture examination, and won the first place in four subjects in grade four and the second place in two subjects, which was affirmed by the society and parents. For more than a decade, the Academy of Military Sciences has devoted itself to strengthening international exchanges and cooperation. On May 17 last year, Mr. Yoshio Fujii, a Japanese martial arts colleague, and his party went to the institute to observe and make friends, and the martial arts institute also went to Japan and the United States to study martial arts. At the same time, the Academy of Military Sciences decided to recruit foreign students at preferential rates in the new millennium, so as to promote China Wushu. For more than ten years, the school has been rated as an advanced school-running unit by the provincial education commission for many times, and later named as "National Advanced Wushu School" by the Wushu Sports Management Center of the State Sports General Administration.
