From July to August, 2020, I participated in the online study of "2 1 day new lecturer training camp" organized by Western Entrepreneurship College. Affected by the COVID-19 epidemic, this research is even more precious. I cherish this rare learning opportunity very much, strictly abide by various learning systems and requirements, adhere to the combination of learning and thinking, and devote myself to learning with full mental state. Through the study, I have gained new achievements in theoretical knowledge, teaching design, teaching practice and other aspects, and I have a clearer understanding of the future direction of efforts, and I deeply feel that "you can go up a storey still higher and broaden your horizons by 300 miles"!

Especially after studying the practical teaching and teaching question-and-answer course of "SYB Entrepreneurship Training Course Teaching" by four trainers, I have a deeper understanding and thinking about SYB entrepreneurship training teaching: how can I become an excellent entrepreneurship training lecturer? How can we effectively fulfill the responsibility and mission of entrepreneurship training? How can we better lead students to progress? Based on my recent study and thinking, I have the following understandings and experiences.

First, grasping the connotation is the core of entrepreneurship training.

The purpose of SYB training is: through learning, entrepreneurs can judge whether they are suitable for starting a business, what kind of business they are suitable for starting, measure whether their entrepreneurial ideas are realistic and feasible, and then complete their entrepreneurial plans.

The biggest feature of SYB training is participation and practicality. SYB entrepreneurship training is a systematic methodology integrating attitude, knowledge and skills. Teaching students systematic knowledge, guiding students to practice and helping them master methods are important goals of training. We should always adhere to the principle that theory serves practice, form serves content, and skills and methods serve effect.

Two, thoroughly understand the teaching materials is the basis of entrepreneurship training.

The textbook SYB Entrepreneurship Training fully embodies the basic knowledge and skills of entrepreneurship and is the basic basis for lecturers to teach. Before teaching, the lecturer must have a deep understanding of the characteristics and main contents of the textbook compilation and master the basic system and framework of the textbook.

The biggest feature of SYB textbook is systematicness. The textbook simplifies a lot of work to be done in preparation or how to start a business, and combs it into ten steps, which are promoted layer by layer and interlocked. Through ten steps of learning, we can build a framework of entrepreneurial knowledge system, and build a scientific, complete and rich entrepreneurial knowledge system through 33 entrepreneurial stories, 58 knowledge points, 48 exercises, 12 tips and 23 memories. As an instructor of entrepreneurship training, one should be very familiar with not only the difficulties of each step of teaching content, but also the teaching objectives, main contents and teaching requirements of each class. On the basis of full design, ensure the completion of teaching content and the realization of teaching objectives.

Thirdly, the research of teaching methods is a magic weapon to do well in entrepreneurship training.

Because the teaching objects of SYB entrepreneurship training program are all adults, who have certain life experience and independent thinking ability, teachers adopt the teaching method of students' high participation in entrepreneurship training, which can make the teaching activities lively and interesting, and the teaching effect is good, which is conducive to stimulating students to consciously improve their entrepreneurial quality and ability. The teaching principle of participatory teaching method is consistent with the goal of entrepreneurship teaching, which is especially suitable for the teaching concept of entrepreneurship education. Scientific application of participatory teaching method is an important weapon to realize the teaching goal of entrepreneurship training.

In practical teaching, we should not only prepare teaching materials, but also prepare teaching methods, so as to use a variety of participatory teaching methods reasonably, flexibly and effectively. Teach students basic knowledge through teaching methods; Select case studies to inspire and educate students; Activate students' creative thinking by brainstorming; Conduct classroom discussions to make the classroom full of vitality; Designing classroom questions to promote students' thinking ability; Conduct classroom exercises to test students' knowledge; Role-playing enables students to cope with social problems.

Practice has proved that participatory teaching method is an important guarantee to ensure the quality and effect of entrepreneurship training, which helps students to learn entrepreneurship training courses better and master the most basic entrepreneurial theoretical knowledge and skills in an all-round way.

Fourthly, designing courses is the key to do a good job in entrepreneurship training.

Teaching design is a scheme about what to teach and how to teach under the guidance of correct teaching concepts, a bridge between teaching theory and teaching practice, and the only way for teachers' professional growth.

Classroom teaching design should closely focus on the knowledge content system of entrepreneurial consciousness and entrepreneurial planning action, grasp the concept and orientation of each step, grasp the needs of students at different levels for courses, and promote the improvement of students' entrepreneurial consciousness and ability with innovative ideas and operable methods. To do a good job in teaching design, we must dig deep into the teaching materials, grasp the connotation of every knowledge in the teaching materials, establish the internal connection and logical relationship between the core knowledge points, clarify the three teaching objectives of attitude, knowledge and skills in each class, and find corresponding cases, stories and theories in life to demonstrate the teaching materials knowledge and guide students to truly understand and master it. To do a good job in teaching design, we must deeply understand students' situation and needs, accurately grasp the important and difficult points of teaching according to students' cognitive level, life background, understanding ability and entrepreneurial consciousness, scientifically implement teaching strategies, carefully design teaching process, rationally use teaching methods, effectively organize classroom learning and accurately arrange teaching time. Specifically, we should design the teaching content structure of each class: review, introduction, expansion, induction, thinking and practice; Design the teaching display structure of each class: multimedia structure, blackboard writing structure, the relationship between multimedia and blackboard writing, etc.

Looking back on my recent study, I feel that my theoretical knowledge and ideological understanding have been greatly improved, and I have further strengthened my thinking on relevant theoretical issues in entrepreneurship training knowledge, gained a deeper understanding and understanding of the teaching methods and effective teaching design of entrepreneurship training, broadened my knowledge horizon, improved my understanding realm, and learned more scientific teaching methods and skills. After practical teaching, I deeply realized that "SYB" is simple but not simple, and it is neither simple nor easy to teach SYB well. I feel that no matter what you do, you must have enthusiasm and motivation, so that you can improve yourself and promote your work. In the future entrepreneurship training, I will actively study, boldly practice and keep climbing. Taking this online course as an opportunity, I will use the knowledge, ideas and methods I have learned to guide teaching practice. In the future, I will take it as my unremitting pursuit and mission to help students improve their entrepreneurial thinking and ability, and promote the development of "Malanhua" with practical actions.
