Chaozhou Central Blood Station was approved by Chaozhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government in June, 5438+0997+00, and it is the only legal non-profit public health institution for blood collection and supply in our city. The blood station covers an area of 1800 square meters, with a building area of 2920 square meters. There are 50 employees in the blood station, and health technicians account for 76% of the total number of employees. All personnel are subject to the management of "National Personnel Training Certificate of Blood Collection and Supply Institutions", and testing personnel must hold another AIDS testing training certificate. The blood station consists of office, quality department, laboratory department, blood collection and supply department and blood storage and supply department.
Chaozhou central blood station undertakes the tasks of blood donation recruitment, blood collection, composition preparation, blood storage, supply and clinical blood use guidance in the city. At present, 100% of clinical blood comes from unpaid blood donation, with an annual blood collection of 3.6 tons (3.6 million ml) and blood supply of about 3.2 tons, and more than 99% of clinical components are transfused. Blood products such as whole blood, red blood cell suspension, washed red blood cells, fresh frozen plasma, ordinary frozen plasma, cryoprecipitate, handmade platelets, apheresis platelets and frozen platelets have been provided to medical institutions, and no transfusion-transmitted diseases have occurred so far. In order to facilitate citizens to donate blood, three fixed blood donation points have been set up in People's Square, Love Blood Donation House and Station, and mobile blood collection points have been set up in two counties and two districts to warmly serve citizens to donate blood without compensation.
At present, the blood station has advanced blood collection, inspection, preparation and storage equipment, including Japanese Sanyo 4℃ blood storage refrigerator, Sanyo -80℃ ultra-low temperature refrigerator, Sanyo -30℃ quick freezer, Swiss TECAN RSP 100 automatic blood collection system, Swiss Fame enzyme immunoassay system, Ai Kang digital blood type meter, MCS+ blood cell separator and American Beckman large capacity.
Blood stations adhere to the scientific and safe concept of clinical blood transfusion, and at the same time provide blood transfusion technical consultation and business guidance. Many business training courses have been held for medical units in the city, and Guangzhou Blood Center and well-known blood experts in the province have been invited to give lectures and technical guidance. In recent years, I have participated in the inter-departmental evaluation of the province and the Ministry of Health, and achieved qualified or excellent results. The blood station has successively won the titles of excellent grass-roots party branch and May 4th Youth Civilization.
