Jilin Province has Jilin Normal University, Changchun Normal University, Beihua University, tonghua normal College and baicheng normal College. All five normal universities can issue teacher qualification certificates. However, it should be noted that not all majors in these five universities can issue teacher qualification certificates.

As shown in the above table, this is the list of colleges and majors that can be recognized without the test of the teacher qualification certificate newly passed by the Ministry of Education in 2022. We can see that Jilin Normal University has ideological and political education, geography, science and chemistry, while Changchun Normal University has primary education, science education, history and chemistry. Beihua University has primary education, Chinese language and literature, and ideological and political education.

Tonghua normal University has three majors: preschool education, history and Chinese language and literature, while baicheng normal University has three majors: ideological and political education, physics and biological science. After passing the second-level certification, the state also requires you to take the written test for the unified examination of teacher qualification certificate in advance. After some written tests are completed, your school will organize interviews, and the pass rate will be higher.

Secondly, the school only has the teacher qualification certificate issued by the corresponding period and subject. For example, if the pre-school education major of tonghua normal University has passed the examination, it can only issue a kindergarten teacher qualification certificate. If you still want to be a teacher in primary school, junior high school and senior high school, you need to take the unified examination yourself.
