Every teacher has his own characteristics: some teachers are knowledgeable and admirable; Some teachers are humorous in class and can fully arouse students' interest; Some teachers are more traditional and adopt spoon-feeding teaching methods in class.

Why should I emphasize this point? I am also a student, which I have a personal understanding. A large part of my lectures are based on my impression of the lecturer. In fact, in school, students rarely evaluate whether the teacher speaks well or not, and it is very personal to listen or not. The reason why so many people listen to some teachers in class, I think, except those teachers who speak well in class, has a lot to do with his (her) always appearing in front of students in a kind attitude. Because of kindness, students feel easy to get close, which brings the distance between teachers and students closer.

Care about students' physical and mental health, future and destiny.

This may be a bit big, but it's crucial. Some teachers never talk to their students, let alone exchange ideas. Even if such a teacher speaks well, students will only feel a sense of respect, not admiration. In fact, although we are students, we are still immature, at least compared with older teachers, because after all, our knowledge and experience are relatively less than teachers. On some issues of thought and outlook on life, the guidance of teachers is extremely necessary.

If a teacher can do the above, then he is a good teacher worthy of respect.
