1. There is no food supervision major in this school. The majors are computer application, computer graphic design, computer animation and game production, computer network technology, arts and crafts (interior decoration design and production direction), fashion design and technology, preschool education (joint college class with Fujian Education College), music, economic management department, computerized accounting, e-commerce, international business (international trade and customs declaration direction) and international business.

2. Fujian Economic and Trade School was established in 1979, with nearly 10,000 students. It is a national training base for skilled personnel in short supply. Is a national key middle school, with 3 departments and 34 majors, including Information Science and Art Department, Economic Management Department and Science and Technology Department. It is the only middle school managed by departments in Fujian Province. The school consists of Quanzhou West Lake Campus and Luojiang New Campus.
