(five) to supervise and guide the intermediary institutions and personnel engaged in archival business consulting and technical services. Fifth archives at or above the county level shall undertake the following duties:

The archival intermediary institutions engaged in the above business shall abide by laws and regulations and accept the supervision of the archives management department. (4) Historical books, ancient books, genealogies and contracts with preservation value;
(5) Other precious and distinctive archives. Article 11 For key construction projects, major scientific research and technological transformation, urban transformation and municipal construction projects determined by the people's governments at or above the county level, the construction unit and the undertaking department shall timely collect and sort out the documents and materials of various links and carriers in the project implementation, establish complete project files and hand them over to the comprehensive archives, professional archives or archival institutions at the same level respectively.
When key construction projects are accepted and major scientific research and technological transformation projects are identified, the archives management department and relevant archives institutions shall accept the project archives. Twelfth changes in state organs and institutions, archives in accordance with the following provisions:
