Intelligence introduction
According to relevant reports, Wan Xueyuan, director of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, said recently that in order to meet the urgent need of joining the World Trade Organization, China will continue to actively introduce foreign intelligence. China needs a group of talents who are familiar with WTO rules and laws to join the WTO. China will train a group of qualified professionals as soon as possible by hiring foreign experts and sending personnel abroad for training. The Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs will cooperate with the State Economic and Trade Commission and other industry authorities to hire foreign high-level experts with rich management knowledge and practical experience to help enterprises learn from foreign advanced experience in management, marketing and new product development and promote technological transformation of enterprises. At the same time, China will send a group of senior managers of young and middle-aged enterprises abroad for long-term training.

In addition, China will also invite foreign high-level economic and trade experts to China to hold special training and seminars on economic and trade rules, technical quality standards, enterprise product certification, technical barriers to trade and environmental protection barriers, so as to train government managers. At the same time, organize managers of government departments and industry organizations to carry out training at home and abroad to help them understand the global economic and trade development trends, especially the economic and trade rules of some developed countries, as well as the experiences and lessons of some developing countries' accession to the WTO.
