Can I be a teacher in a training institution for life?
1, judging from the intensity of work, can you keep working?

The workload of teachers has always been underestimated by outsiders, and many people think it is easy for you to have so many classes a day. But in fact, attending classes is only part of our work. For me, the most troublesome job is never to attend classes, but to prepare lessons. Because I am one-on-one, every child should have corresponding handouts. It is often necessary to prepare two or three different handouts for the same content in the same grade to meet the needs of students, and the focus of class is different, so it takes a lot of time and energy to prepare lessons. In addition, the class time is actually very long. Teachers in training institutions mainly earn class fees and belong to semi-labor-intensive industries. If you want to have more money, you must work hard, and if you want to relax, you must reduce it. Fortunately, we usually work and rest relatively freely. As a teacher like me, the campus leaders turn a blind eye, so it's ok on the whole.

2. From the perspective of development prospect, can it be done all the time?

If you look at promotion, in fact, large institutions are no different from other enterprises. The more you go up, the less opportunities you have, and the harder it is to get promoted. If the salary is bullish, it will be more entangled. When you have completed the basic accumulation, it will be difficult for you to make a big breakthrough in your salary. Like me now, all the available sections are occupied, and the class fee can hardly rise. Wages can only be increased at the internal level, some corresponding subsidies, seniority wages and the like, but they are also limited. In addition, generally speaking, the supplementary teaching industry is still a sunrise industry, with a good development momentum and a large demand for personnel. In addition, the profession of teachers is still a hot spot for the elderly, so you should retire without worrying about getting old. Basically, I can take junior high school students and senior high school students, so I am not afraid of not finding a job anywhere, especially in high school. It's really difficult to find a reliable teacher who can get into high school.

If your school and major are average, teaching auxiliary industry is a direction to consider, but if you want to make money in this industry, you must pay time and energy. But this industry is still emotional. If you don't have a meticulous attitude towards students, I don't recommend you to join this industry. Add another sentence about jumping out and going it alone. Generally, many good teachers will choose to go it alone. If a teacher is really capable of grading, he can generally get a better income than when he was in a public institution. There's nothing to say about this. It is not difficult for a one-to-one teacher to get 10k/ month in an institution, but it will be difficult to get to a higher level, such as 15k/ month or even higher, but many people do it well by themselves, getting 30k or more a month.

But to maintain and expand students by yourself requires you to have a strong ability, and not everyone can do it well. For example, I asked myself if I would do it, and another one just wanted to develop in the direction of management, so I didn't jump out and go it alone for the time being. I have also seen teachers who teach well in institutions, go out for a period of time, and then return to institutions. In addition, if you want to go it alone, you'd better take the graduating students, Grade Three and Grade Three, so that the demand for students is large and the class fee can be justifiably higher.
