The inspection of safety education and training records is mainly carried out by the labor security supervision department. According to "People's Republic of China (PRC) Law on Work Safety" and other relevant laws and regulations, the employing unit shall conduct necessary education and training on work safety for employees, and establish and improve corresponding records. If it is found that the employer fails to carry out safety education and training in accordance with the regulations or fails to properly keep relevant records, the labor security supervision department has the right to inspect it, order it to make corrections, and may impose corresponding administrative penalties such as fines.
