East China Normal University will accept higher vocational college entrance examination students. The website of the Ministry of Education published the Reply to Recommendation No.2629 of the Fourth Session of the 13th National People's Congress. In view of the suggestion of lowering the threshold for secondary vocational school students to receive full-time education in colleges and universities, it is indicated that the vocational college entrance examination system will be gradually established, so that secondary vocational school graduates can enjoy more educational choices and smoother channels for academic promotion. Previously, if secondary vocational school graduates wanted to enter higher education, they mostly took higher vocational colleges as the goal, and participated in the convergence of secondary and higher vocational schools, counterpart single strokes or general college entrance examinations.
