The provincial level is responsible for the training of key technical managers and teachers in cities and counties (districts). In principle, the personnel trained at the provincial level should have participated in the backbone training of provincial information technology education, and can undertake the application guidance and training demonstration tasks of city and county (city, district) engineering projects. At the provincial level, it is mainly applied training, with 2 people in each district and city and 4 people in each county (city, district). All districts and cities should refer to the requirements of the province and organize the training of key teachers in counties (cities, districts) under their jurisdiction. The number of trainees is determined by each district and city.
The training objects at the county level and schools are project school teachers. County-level training is mainly focused on training. Trainers should pass the NIT exam in principle and be able to master basic computer operation skills skillfully. According to the budget requirements of the model, the county-level centralized training targets are 1 teacher of each school in model 2 and 2 teachers in model 3. Project schools (including mode 1) should train all teachers in various forms, and project counties (cities, districts) should provide necessary guarantee conditions for schools to carry out all-staff training.
