File creation:

1, personnel management files should be completed within one week after employees arrive at their posts, and the departments responsible for collecting personnel data formed after employees arrive at their posts are complete. When an employee passes the probation period and is formally employed, his/her personnel data will be handed over to the Human Resources Department.

2. The Human Resources Department shall review the handed-over personnel data according to the classified catalogue of personnel management files. If the personnel information is found to be incomplete, it shall promptly recover from the relevant units and personnel to ensure the truthfulness and completeness of the personnel files.

3. Marketing personnel, deliveryman, expatriate financial personnel and other special post personnel should collect the original graduation certificate; Foreign financial personnel also need to collect the original qualification certificate and professional title certificate; Marketing personnel and non-headquarters financial personnel should collect guarantee documents.

4. When receiving the employee's relevant certificates, you should issue a receipt (in duplicate) to the other party, one for the other party and the other for future reference in the file bag (box).

5. After the personnel data are collected and filed, the personnel management specialist shall fill in the employee's name and file list in detail on the file bag (box), which shall be arranged in the order of file classification directory, and all kinds of materials shall be classified and bound in the order of formation time, and the name of the person in charge of file collection and filing shall be indicated.

6. The case manager should strictly classify and keep the files.

This file contains the following contents:

1. Personnel information such as employee assessment, appointment and dismissal, rewards and punishments, education and training, salary adjustment and post change;

2. Personnel changes such as employee transfer, promotion, demotion and dismissal.
