Unmodestly speaking, I am a good communicator.
I used to run a department of 40 people. In contact with others, I found that many things can be understood if I can sit down face to face and communicate calmly.
I remember one meeting, two colleagues were dissatisfied with one thing, and their tone of voice was a bit heavy. I didn't say anything. After the meeting, I calmed down and thought about it. What did I do wrong? What's the problem? There is nothing wrong with thinking about it, so the next day I talked to these two colleagues alone, and I told them my reasons. They also think that I did nothing wrong, but I said something with a strong tone in consideration of their personal interests, and they feel very sorry. They shouldn't say that
After this incident, we don't care about anyone, and live in harmony as before. So I think communication is very important. It can also be said that it is a bond to ease the relationship between people.
