Hefei Tengfei Vocational and Technical School was established in May, 1997. It is a teaching institution that integrates secondary vocational education, adult education and advanced skills training approved by Hefei Education Bureau.

In 2007, a brand-new modern campus was built in Shuangfeng Development Zone. It covers a total area of 5,337 square meters and a building area of 26,875 square meters. The campus layout is reasonable, the environment is beautiful and the educational atmosphere is strong. There are some publicity windows, blackboard newspapers and inspirational quotations in the corridor.

The campus strengthens environmental and cultural construction, libraries, reading rooms, network center stadiums and green lighting facilities.
