This training started at 7 pm and lasted for two hours. At first, I learned the explanation of President Hui Zhidong on the correct writing of the text of sports lesson plans, and then was presided over by Director Wei Yuzhu. * * * shared with you the doubts or difficulties in class at ordinary times. The main experience I got from this study is that to become a qualified physical education teacher, we must first start with the ability to write lesson plans. Learning how to write lesson plans in a standardized and correct way is not only a compulsory course for new teachers, but also difficult for old teachers to write standardized, complete and scientific lesson plans if they are not standardized and do not pay attention to details.
According to President Hui's training, I summarized the learning gains of compiling the lesson plan as follows:
First, clearly understand the lesson plans of each project.
There are two formats of lesson plans: table format and list format. The explanation of this learning activity is the compiling method of tabular teaching plan. In training, the main contents of physical education teaching plan include class situation, unit and class hours, teaching content, teaching objectives, teaching difficulties, teaching process, teaching procedures and time arrangement, practice time and times, teaching equipment, venue layout, after-class summary and so on.
Each part of the lesson plan has its corresponding filling requirements. First of all, it is the most basic requirement to fill in all the contents. Secondly, it is necessary to clearly understand what the contents of each part of the project are. In the process of writing a lesson plan, the problem is that the content is written incorrectly, such as the text of the teaching content or the activities and requirements of the students in the teacher's teaching strategy, and the requirements of the students are written in the column of organizational form. In the lesson plan we handed in, Xiao Hui also pointed out that some teachers wrote the teaching content in too much detail, so they should write it as simply as possible, write the main points and keywords, and avoid too much content.
Second, the design of teaching objectives
The teaching goal is the lifeline of physical education class and physical education class, and it should be the baton of teachers' teaching. President Hui pointed out that in the lesson plans handed in this time, many teachers wrote the teaching objectives too general, too big and not specific. For example, students should write clearly what proportion of skills they have mastered through learning, and their emotional goals should be more targeted. Teaching objectives are formulated according to students' physiological and psychological characteristics and physical education foundation. According to the situation of students and textbooks, the teaching objectives should be complete, reasonable and scientific, so every word in the teaching objectives should be rigorous and standardized.
In addition, in the writing of teaching objectives, we should pay special attention to students as the theme of classroom teaching, and the teaching subject should be presented in the teaching objectives.
Thirdly, about the three-stage teaching structure.
Physical education class's teaching process is generally divided into three parts, namely, preparation part, foundation part and ending part. The teaching process is almost a complete display of a class, and each part is detailed to the specific teaching content, specific behaviors of teachers and students, time allocation, organizational forms and other contents, which are expressed in words or pictures in chronological order, almost restoring the actual situation of a class.
The teaching process part can be said to be the main body of a teaching plan. In this part, the problem I encountered in writing was that the practice time was wrongly written as the allocation time of a whole class. The practice time should be the specific activity time of the students in the class, which is the sum of the practice time of each student from the beginning to the end of a class. The practice density is calculated by dividing the practice time by the class time. The time in the item "Procedure and Time" in front of the lesson plan is the time allocation of the main three-stage structure, and this time together should be the time of the whole class. In the workshop, people will be specially arranged to calculate the students' practice time. When measuring, a student should be fixed and the duration of each activity of the student should be recorded. Finally, when adding up, it is generally necessary to measure the average of several students, so that the data is more scientific.
Fourth, learn to draw exercise load curve.
In this study, President Hui also focused on the drawing method of exercise load curve. Exercise load can be said to be a special classroom element, which is generally ignored by physical education teachers. In the usual lesson plans, the exercise load curve is often just a symbolic drawing, which will only be taken seriously when discussing physical education class.
Through this study, I once again deepened my understanding of the exercise load curve. President Hui pointed out that the exercise load curve should conform to the design preset of this course, the peak and valley should be consistent with the time of high heart rate and low heart rate of actual students, and the average value of the vertical axis speed of the curve should not be as obvious as that in a teacher's teaching plan. According to the content of the class, the curve is divided into single peak, double peak and multi-peak. Our general physical education teaching is in line with the two peaks. What kind of single-peak and multi-peak exercise load curve is it? Or my knowledge blind spot.
In addition, I learned several numerical calculation methods through study: practice density = practice time/total class hours; Average heart rate = sum of 8 measured heart rates of students /8. Take the 40-minute primary school as an example. Every 5 minutes, a student's heart rate is tested regularly. Each student measures 8 values in a class, and the average heart rate is obtained by adding them and dividing them by 8.
Writing lesson plans is a basic teaching skill that all physical education teachers should master. As a qualified or excellent PE teacher, we should all pay attention to the compilation of lesson plans and study every detail in the compilation of lesson plans.
