Through the daily or regular measurement and analysis of customer satisfaction, system operation, working process and the realization of quality objectives, the school constantly looks for improvement directions and opportunities to continuously maintain the effectiveness of the quality management system.

(2) Corrective measures.

For external quality complaints, nonconformities found in internal and external quality audit, nonconformities and unqualified trainees found in daily work of various functional departments, the relevant responsible office shall promptly correct them and formulate corresponding regulations to prevent them from happening again. The school formulates and implements internal quality audit procedures and corrective and preventive measures procedures.

(3) Preventive measures.

By analyzing the results of internal quality audit report, students' evaluation, daily teaching inspection and teachers' work evaluation, as well as customer complaints, potential and foreseeable nonconformities are eliminated in time, and necessary preventive measures are taken to prevent them from happening.
