Provisions on the administration of safety technical training and assessment for special operations personnel
Article 22 Where the operation certificate for special operations needs to be re-examined, the applicant or the employer of the applicant shall, within 60 days before the expiration of the validity period, apply to the original examination and certification authority or the examination and certification authority at the place where it works, and submit the following materials:
(1) A health certificate issued by a community or medical institution at or above the county level;
(2) engaging in special operations;
(3) Records of passing the safety training examination.
If it is necessary to extend the renewal of the special operation certificate at the expiration of the validity period, it shall apply for an extension of review in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Work Safety
Twenty-fifth production safety management institutions and safety management personnel of production and business units shall perform the following duties:
(a) to organize or participate in the formulation of rules and regulations, operating procedures and emergency rescue plans for production safety accidents;

(six) to stop and correct illegal command, forcing risky operations and violations of operating procedures;
(seven) to supervise the implementation of the rectification measures for safety production in this unit.
A production and business operation entity may set up a full-time person-in-charge of production safety to assist the principal person-in-charge of the entity to perform the duties of production safety management.
Measures for supervision and management of special equipment operators
Article 22 The Certificate of Special Equipment Operators shall be reviewed every four years. The holder shall apply to the license issuing department for review 3 months before the expiration of the review period. If the certified personnel meet the requirements of uninterrupted operation and safety and energy-saving education and training specified in relevant safety technical specifications within 4 years, and there are no bad and illegal operations or management records, and no accidents have been caused, the issuing department shall grant the re-examination qualification in accordance with the provisions of relevant safety technical specifications, and affix the re-examination qualification seal of the issuing department on the original certificate.
If the re-inspection is unqualified and the re-inspection is unqualified, the certificate of special equipment operators shall be cancelled.
