Third provinces (cities) test sites should designate a person to be responsible for the collection of training certificates, and the basic information of the trainees should be reported to the conference for the record. Special circumstances can be entrusted to others (with the letter of introduction and power of attorney of the test center).
Article 4 The contractor stops receiving the training certificate of that year from 65438+February 15 to 65438+February 3 1 every year.
Fifth provinces (cities) test sites should submit the training certificate issuance records of the current year and the planned number of next year to the organizer before February 20 each year. The number of plans collected in the following years exceeds the number of distribution in the current year by more than 20%, and relevant information is attached. After confirmation by the contractor, the training certificate collection plan for the next year will be adjusted.
Article 6 If the provincial (city) test center fails to submit the training certificate issuance record of the current year and the planned collection quantity of the next year within the specified time, the organizer will refuse (or suspend) the issuance of the training certificate.
Article 7 The Contractor Committee shall be responsible for the interpretation of these Measures.
Article 8 These Measures shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
