Do what you like.

Love is the best teacher. If you want to enter the industry quickly, you must like this industry and this profession. Because I like it, I will take the initiative to study, and I will feel very interesting, but I don't like this line. If I don't make progress slowly, I will feel particularly tired. So whenever I meet an intern or a fresh graduate and ask me if I am suitable for operation, I will ask: What do you like? Of course, most of the answers I get are that I don't know what I like, but I feel that XXX is very popular and I want to do it, or XXX has a high salary. When you don't know what you like, it's also a good choice to use it as the motivation for your work. Anyway, you are going on the road. It is better to be motivated than not to go faster. In this process, I will find what I like, and then I will make a transition. As for how to make a smooth transition, it is not the focus today, so I will not describe it here.

After all kinds of experiences, you finally entered the business career, whether because you like it or because you are helpless, or because of a friend's introduction. Now that you have entered this industry, let's put it this way: settle down when you come. 1. What are you doing?

No matter what you do, it is important to know what you are doing, especially in operation. There are many kinds of jobs in surgery itself, but they are inextricably linked. At this time, if you want to go with the flow, listen to the leader's arrangement and don't make a summary yourself, it's basically a maze. You will always hit a wall, but there will always be a way, but you can't get out. Now that we're talking about this, it's obviously unkind not to say the specific method. Let me explain the method in detail.

There are two kinds of work, one is arranged by the leaders and the other is arranged by themselves. But as long as it is a job, it can be classified and managed. At the moment of receiving the task, most of the process is: what do you want to do, know, do it right away, don't know, consult clearly, and then do it right away. When the work is finished, the whole process is finished. In this process, you only need to add a thinking point, that is, remind yourself to classify the work qualitatively in the whole process, and the classification can refer to the operation. The early classification is not necessarily correct, and the classification is not necessarily limited to the existing classification. In the long run, when the workload is large enough, when you look back at the work you have done before, your thinking will be very clear. What is clear is not the specific work point, but what I have done from the big classification.

2. Keep summing up.

In daily work, there is a very important point that needs to be analyzed separately, and it is also a very important point in the introductory method. It is not enough just to classify works. Classification will only let you know what you have done in a big way, but if you want to know how you have done it, it will be reflected in the summary. Many people think that summary is just to write a summary after the work is completed. If it's really that simple, there's no need to say it alone. I think the summary is like this.

Summary from the moment I received the job. When you think about how to do a new task, you should sum up what points you have thought about and how these points are inspired; How to arrange and do the implementation process, and what are the advantages and disadvantages; Whether the implementation result is the same as expected. Summarize from the beginning because you will miss many points when you finish the execution. Of course, you will be tired at first and your efficiency may be affected. But when you are proficient, it takes little time, but it is very useful. After several times, when you meet the same job again, you will obviously feel your promotion.

3. Pay attention to industry information

Many people may be confused. I just entered the business, so I did it. What should I do with so much industry information? It is not obvious to take up time to improve work efficiency. No one wants to work at the bottom all the time, but if you want to go up, understanding the industry is a very basic job. To put it bluntly, it is conducive to the promotion of the position, and it can also help your work, because the work assigned by the leaders and the development direction of the company are based on industry information.

At present, every industry will have a portal information platform, whether it is a pc or a mobile terminal. The way to find these platforms is generally Baidu keywords, recommended by industry friends and obtained from daily articles. There are many platforms, which will be complicated. At this time, you need to constantly optimize yourself, and finally choose several platforms and then pay attention. At present, the homogenization of content is serious, and paying too much attention will only waste your time.

4. Professional articles and books on operation.

Finally, this is the most important point. In fact, everyone should know this. Someone may be doing it and will forward and share good articles. Have time to read an article I wrote before, "From chicken soup to dry goods to cases, what have we learned?" . From my small talk survey of some friends around me, most articles will be useful when reading, and most will not stay in my mind for 2 days. 10 articles, no more than 5 articles are impressive after one week, and no more than 2 articles can make it clear and put forward several opinions. How should I read it?

The correct way to read is to be accurate about articles or books that are beneficial when you first enter the business, so as to explain your knowledge to the maximum extent. You can read less, but you must try your best to remember them. I usually make a brain map when reading, and systematically sort out the knowledge to be conveyed in the article. Usually, when I have time, I will double it and expand it according to my brain map. A particularly good article, I can do ppt, so I won't say much about the benefits. But when the reading volume reaches a certain level, it is enough to skim the general articles, or look at the titles. As your reading volume increases, there will be fewer and fewer articles that need intensive reading.

At this point in the article, the basic content has been said. According to the author's past experience, the above methods should be able to reach the level of entry, and there will be some obvious differences with the small partners who are operating around. The next two years will enter a growth period and an outbreak period. Good study methods and habits are very important. The sooner you master the method, the sooner you get into the habit, and the sooner you get into the state.

Operation is a long-term process. Don't care about temporary gains and losses too early, just walk on the right path and constantly adjust and polish. The correctness is perceptible. If your plan can be continuously completed or surpassed, then you are doing the right thing.
