NCRE certificate level description
All NCRE certificates have no time limit. The National Computer Rank Examination (hereinafter referred to as NCRE) is a national computer proficiency examination system approved by the former State Education Commission (now the Ministry of Education) and sponsored by the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education, which is geared to the society and used to examine the computer application knowledge and skills of non-computer major candidates.

Preferred certificate

Secondary certificate

Third-level certificate

The third-level certificate shows that the holder has mastered the basic skills of information technology-related posts and can participate in the development, operation and maintenance, management and service of software and hardware systems.

CET4 certificate

Level 4 certificate shows that the holder has mastered the professional skills of information technology work, and has systematic knowledge of computer theory and comprehensive application ability.
