This policy is the general policy of volunteers for the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
First, the basic conditions of volunteers
(a) voluntary participation in the Beijing Olympic and Paralympic Games volunteer service;

Third, recruit volunteers.

Volunteers for the Olympic and Paralympic Games are mainly recruited in Beijing, mainly from Beijing university students.
