What are the precautions for the installation of electric water heaters?
Lead: Now there are more and more household appliances, and the wires for home decoration are embedded in the wall. Wires with safety problems or high power load cannot be replaced at will. Therefore, it is necessary to reserve 4-6 square millimeters of special wires for the renovation of new bathrooms and kitchens, and use national standard wires produced by regular manufacturers to ensure circuit safety.

1, check whether the installation conditions of users meet the requirements;

2. Power requirements: grounding wire, connection mode, etc.

(1), water heater cannot be installed without grounding wire or poor grounding.

(2) When connecting external conductors, isolation devices must be installed in fixed lines. When power is cut off, the distance between all contacts should be at least 3mm to ensure safety.

(3)、? For 5500W machines, when connecting external wires, it is not allowed to use sockets for connection, so as not to burn the wires. On the contrary, it is special. Terminals should be used and wire interfaces should be tightened.

3. Waterway requirements: Angle valve, length of outlet pipe, water supply mode, etc.

(1), in order to ensure the best use effect of the machine, the outlet pipe should be less than? 3 meters, after use, customers are advised to turn off the power first and then turn off the water, otherwise the machine will easily overheat or prevent dry burning.

(2) In principle, multi-channel water supply is not recommended for fast electric water heaters. If multi-channel water supply is needed, network technicians must explain relevant matters to customers.

(3) When installing the water heater, be sure to install the angle valve at the inlet end.

4. Installation location requirements:

(1), the machine must be installed in a dry place where no water can be sprayed, with good ventilation to avoid short circuit and accidents.

(2) The water heater must be installed in a well-drained place with a floor drain and a diversion pipe. When installing, remind customers to turn off the power switch and angle valve when not using the water heater, so as to avoid accidental machine leakage, soaking items or scalding accidents.
