Land and infrastructure: The China Municipal Government provided land and infrastructure support in Pudong New Area of Shanghai, which provided necessary conditions and guarantees for the construction of Shanghai Disneyland. This includes land use rights, roads, transportation, water supply, power supply and other infrastructure construction and supporting.
3. Design and construction: Walter Disney Company is mainly responsible for the design and construction of Shanghai Disneyland. According to Disney's standards and requirements, designers and construction teams plan, design and construct. The construction of the whole park involves theme attractions, buildings, equipment, amusement facilities and so on.
4. Operation management: Shanghai Disney Resort Management Co., Ltd. is responsible for the daily operation and management of Shanghai Disneyland. This includes ticket sales, tourist reception, facility maintenance, safety management, staff training and so on. Walter Disney Company provides management experience and brand support to ensure the good operation and quality service of the park.
