(2) Those who apply for high school: they should have a high school diploma, or fresh graduates from secondary vocational schools (including general secondary schools, adult secondary schools, vocational secondary schools, vocational high schools and technical schools, the same below).

Without a high school diploma, a secondary vocational school diploma will do. There really is no such thing. The only way is to make a fake diploma, such as a diploma from a technical school. After the registration place is determined, the original diploma will be tested, but there is no way to find out the authenticity. This is just a formality.
