Lanzhou-Xinjiang high-speed railway, also known as the second line of Lanzhou-Xinjiang Railway, is a high-speed railway connecting Lanzhou City, Gansu Province, China and Urumqi City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. It is the longest high-speed railway in the world, a key project in China's medium and long-term railway network planning, and an important part of the Eurasian Continental Bridge railway passage.

Lanzhou-Xinjiang high-speed railway spans Gansu, Qinghai and Xinjiang provinces, with a total length of 1775.779km, including 798.933 km in Gansu, 266.923 km in Qinghai and 709.923 km in Xinjiang. There are 22 passenger stations.

Lanzhou-Gaotie Railway starts from Lanzhou West Station in Gansu Province in the east, passes through Xining City in Qinghai Province, Zhangye City in Gansu Province, Jiuquan City and Jiayu City, Hami City and Turpan City in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, and finally is introduced into Urumqi Railway Station.
