Principal training focuses on the requirements of quality education, cultivates and improves the level and ability of principals in our school to implement quality education, and urges principals to change from "examination-oriented" to "educational" in management ideas and educational concepts.
3. From the perspective of capacity structure. Influenced by exam-oriented education, principals intentionally or unintentionally restrict the development of teachers' knowledge and ability, and "single-type" teachers become the mainstream group, ignoring the infiltration of other disciplines into subject education. Some teachers even think that "the knowledge gained from normal education will be used for life", and the headmaster training should break the traditional concept in the headmaster's mind, guide teachers to broaden their disciplinary horizons and enrich their disciplinary knowledge according to the requirements of the knowledge economy era, and make the headmaster change from "single type" to "compound type" in teacher requirements and ability structure.
4. From the way of thinking. The teaching mode of exam-oriented education makes teachers become empiricists and lack the ability of education and teaching research.
