The appointment of an assistant editor shall meet one of the following conditions:
(1) Obtained a bachelor's degree or bachelor's degree, and after a one-year probation period, mastered the basic theory and editing business of this major, had a certain writing level, and could perform the duties of assistant editor;
(2) Obtained a master's degree, a graduate certificate or a second bachelor's degree certificate, and the investigation shows that he can perform the duties of an assistant editor.
