Alexander English Training Center, formerly known as China English Training Center, is an English learning institution founded by Professor Duan Biao who graduated from the English Department of Beijing Foreign Studies University (now Beijing Foreign Studies University). 1995. Headquartered in Shantou Special Economic Zone, Guangdong Province, it moved to Guangzhou, Guangdong Province. Alexander English inherited the English education idea initiated by the European English education authority Mr. L.G.Alexander for non-English-speaking countries. Professor Duan Biao, its founder, introduced New Concept English to China, and was praised as "the father of Alexandria English China".
