The 33rd bid section in front of the off-line project of Qinghai-Tibet Railway and the post-station 17 bid section were all invited for public bidding, and the construction team and supervision unit were selected. The procurement of bulk materials, engineering materials and equipment has also been or will be subject to public bidding. The fourth is to establish a system. We have formulated more than 20 construction regulations, so that all work can be followed and handled according to the rules. There is nothing to copy in the construction of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway, and we have done a lot of exploration. More than 20 construction laws and regulations have been formulated, covering environmental protection, medical and health care, engineering quality and safety. After two years of continuous revision and improvement, it is more suitable for the characteristics of Qinghai-Tibet railway construction.
