There will be several days of HR training when you first join the company, to publicize the company culture, business philosophy, rules and regulations, etc. Taking school recruitment as an example, after HR training, the company will also ask to enter Fab to familiarize itself with the process of crystal slides, which will last for about one week. There is no requirement for social recruitment. The probation period of SMIC is six months, and it takes about six months to prepare the personal confirmation report.
