First of all, I want to talk about the significance of internship. Internship is a human resource system arrangement that is beneficial to both employers and interns. For the units that accept interns, it is a measure to develop human resources reserve, which can enable them to select talents at low cost and in a wide range, cultivate and find talents that really meet the requirements of employers, and can also be used as a public relations means for employers to let more social members (such as interns) know about the culture and ideas of employers, thus enhancing the social identity of organizations and winning reputation.
For students, internship can give each student more opportunities to try different jobs, play different social roles, gradually complete the transformation of professional roles, discover their real potential and interests, lay a good career foundation, enrich their self-growth experience, and promote the optimal allocation of human resources in the whole society. As a student, I want to study not to pass the final exam, but to acquire knowledge and work skills. In other words, studying at school is to meet the needs of society and to ensure that I can finish my future work and make contributions to society through study. However, there is a big gap between stepping out of the ivory tower and stepping into society. It is a blessing for me to take the internship as a buffer. Through the internship, I learned the actual needs of the work, which made the purpose of learning more clear and achieved better results.
Thirdly, I want to sum up my experience during my internship. First, autonomous learning-after work, there is no longer a classroom, homework and exams like in school, but everything should be studied and done on your own initiative. As long as you want to learn, there are still many opportunities to learn. Old employees never hesitate to guide your work with their own experience, so that you can avoid detours. Group companies and companies have all kinds of training to improve themselves. What you have to do is to determine what you need to know and what you are interested in. In our internship unit, I met several very kind old employees. As long as I ask them technical questions, they will answer them one by one, which makes me realize that there is a big gap between theory and practice. The second is a positive and enterprising work attitude-at work, you not only create benefits for the company, but also improve yourself. A newcomer like me who has no work experience needs to do more and ask more questions to accumulate experience. In particular, our work does not have a clear scope of work like that of regular employees, but we just watch it freely. If we don't have a positive attitude, we may have nothing to do, so we need to take the initiative to strive for more work, accumulate more and improve more. Third, basic etiquette-you need to know basic etiquette when you step into society, which is often ignored by students. No matter how you dress or treat people, you should conform to etiquette so as not to affect your normal work. This requires more study in peacetime, such as paying attention to other people's practices or asking experts for advice. The fourth is dealing with people-as a student, what you face is nothing more than classmates, teachers and parents, and after work, you will face more complicated relationships. Whether you are in contact with leaders, colleagues and customers, you should handle it properly, communicate more, and put yourself in the other's shoes instead of just thinking about your own affairs.
I think, through this internship, I realized many of my shortcomings and deficiencies. The first is lack of work experience. Because of lack of experience, many problems can't tell the priorities, and some training or learning can't find the key points. As the internship goes on, I think I will gradually accumulate experience. The second is that the work attitude is still not positive enough. You can only complete the assigned work in the work, and you can't ask for assignment on your own initiative when there is no work task. If there is no work to do, I will relax and I can't study actively. This is mainly because laziness is at work. In the future, I will try my best to overcome inertia, ask for assignment when there is no work task, and study independently when there is no work assignment. Third, we still need to pursue perfection in our work. At work, we are not allowed to be sloppy at all, and we should always bear in mind seriousness. The fourth is that academic research is not enough. This is determined by the nature of my job, and it is also my own choice, because in my opinion, only the technology recognized by the market is valuable, and I also feel that I am more suitable for communicating with people. But after all, I am a junior college student, and I need to do some basic practical work, which requires me to pay more attention to the latest progress of scientific research and promote my work.
I firmly believe that through this period of internship, the practical experience gained from it will benefit me for life, and it will be confirmed in the actual work after graduation. I will continue to understand and experience the knowledge I have learned in my internship, and I hope I can apply the theoretical knowledge and practical experience I have learned to my future practical work, fully display my personal value and life value, and work hard to realize my ideal and bright future. In this half week, I have benefited a lot. Not only did I learn a lot of professional knowledge there, but the most important thing was to further understand the truth of being a man. The company's aim is: to be practical and to be practical. On the first day we went to the company, the teachers taught us to be honest, to be realistic and to be honest with others. Personality is very important to a person. I fully understand how you treat others, and others will do the same. In short, in the company's half-week time, we stepped out of the school's shelter and began to contact the society to understand the nature of our future work. Not only did I increase my professional knowledge, but I also learned many ways to be a man.
Thank you for giving us this valuable internship experience, and thank you for your careful guidance. A lot of knowledge learned in this internship is something I seldom contact and pay attention to in school, but it is very important and basic knowledge in practical study and work. Through this internship, I not only accumulated a lot of experience, but also got exercise in practice. This experience made me understand the true meaning of "I get it on paper, but I don't know what to do"-the knowledge gained from books is superficial after all, and I can't understand the true meaning of knowledge. To truly understand the profound truth in books, you must practice it yourself.
