Safety management should be prepared for danger in times of peace and constantly enhance the sense of hardship. This year, we conducted five safety escape drills, taught students self-help and other rescue methods, and enhanced their safety awareness. Due to extensive publicity, strict system, self-examination and self-correction, no accidents occurred this year, and a safe campus was created, which was commended by superiors.
Financial management is clean and honest. Obey organizational arrangements and stand up to financial inspection and mass supervision. I have never been good at reimbursing all kinds of visiting and reception expenses. Asking for instructions before supporting and reporting after supporting can really reassure leaders and satisfy the masses. Students are diligent in management, quick in handling disciplinary incidents, have more contact with students and have deep feelings. Teaching six is careful and meticulous. I take the initiative to participate in the teaching and research activities of arts and sciences, and constantly listen, evaluate, watch and learn from young and middle-aged teachers to help new comrades enter the role as soon as possible. Actively participate in regular administrative meetings, political studies and large-scale school activities, never absent, late or leave early, take the lead in observing the school management system and discipline, report on time at ordinary times, and study in the office during work.
Third, constantly strengthen self-cultivation and improve management level.
With firm political belief and pragmatic style, the reception of letters and visits in the office has resolved the daily disputes of the school, maintained stability, positively publicized the image of the school and promoted harmony. I created a good educational environment, cared for and supported the development of teachers and students, and completed the tasks assigned to me by my superiors.
In short, in the early stage of management, I made every effort to have a brand-new educational management concept, win the trust with virtue, win the trust with diligence, match words with deeds, and have a solid management style. These are the achievements I have made in the past year, but there are also shortcomings, such as insufficient innovation and insufficient study. I will definitely correct it in the coming year and try my best to make my work go to a new level.
