China Food Safety Network News (Fuyang Municipal Market Supervision Administration Bureau Hu) gives full play to the training and assessment function of "two warehouses and one platform" (a set of question bank, a set of learning courses or databases, a set of training and assessment system or platform, referred to as "two warehouses and one platform") in order to do a good job in the food safety training and assessment of catering services in Anhui Provincial Market Supervision Bureau, and guides catering units in the jurisdiction to use "two warehouses and one platform" for training and assessment, so as to improve their quality. On June 22nd 10, Fuyang Municipal Market Supervision Bureau invited the technical personnel of the "two stores and one platform" project to Funan County, Linquan County, yingdong district and Yingzhou District to conduct business training for catering service practitioners and those who are specifically engaged in the business guidance of "two stores and one platform" in grass-roots organizations, and to guide catering units to carry out training and assessment on the spot.

At the meeting, the technicians of the "two libraries and one platform" first explained how catering practitioners register, study and take exams, and how supervisors can inquire about the study and assessment of catering units in their respective jurisdictions, and gave on-site guidance on the registration, training and assessment of catering units, and gave technical guidance and answers to the problems existing in the registration. In this training, about 1600 employees of catering units in the city participated in the on-site training and passed the examination.
