Both the Work Permit for Climbing High and the Work Permit for Working High belong to the Work Permit for Working High, and they are special work permits that must be possessed by personnel engaged in climbing erection or installation, maintenance and demolition at high altitude. This certificate is issued by the Safety Supervision Bureau, reviewed once every three years and renewed once every six years. Special operations personnel must undergo systematic safety technical training and pass the examination, and only after obtaining the special operation certificate can they work at their posts.
