Training experience of improving the quality of nurses' work
How to improve the work performance of nurses and improve the quality of kindergarten education is a problem that kindergarten managers need to explore. From the daily study, visit and logistics management practice, the author deeply realized that only by grasping the "three customs", that is, the "quality customs", "management customs" and "guidance customs" of nurses, can the work performance of nurses be improved and the quality of nursing education be improved. First, the "quality" of nurses is the basis for improving work performance. Therefore, when selecting kindergarten nurses, we should strictly follow the provisions of Article 38 of the Regulations on Kindergarten Work, and take "kindergarten nurses should not only meet the provisions of Article 35 of these regulations, but also have junior high school education or above and have received vocational training for children" as the standard, and implement open recruitment. Kindergartens can recruit young women who are interested in child care from vocational kindergarten teachers and technical secondary school graduates to work as nurses in the park, and make interview procedures and contents before recruitment. Applicants should present "three certificates" when registering: academic certificate, ID card and health certificate of local health and epidemic prevention department. Only applicants who meet the requirements of education, age and health can participate in the interview. After passing the interview, pre-job training should be organized, and the post can only be started after passing the examination.
