Canada's new police, first of all, have to go through six months of professional training, qualified to put into practical work. The six-month training period is divided into the following three stages:

The first stage is marching training. First of all, freshmen should go through long-distance marching practice, formation change practice and attention practice. After each training session, a grand graduation ceremony will be held, and then students will be assigned jobs. After working, students usually have to work in the police department for 20 years or more. Before 10, only junior police ranks were awarded, and then they were promoted one after another. Every time you are promoted, you must pass the knowledge and qualification examination, change jobs every 3-5 years, and take turns to experience life in remote mountainous areas.

After training, in addition to the special police, higher-level police will be assigned to new jobs. Most of them are assigned to the provincial police department, but they are generally not allowed to be assigned to the provincial police department of origin.
